Ordering and Shipping
No, there is no minimum order value.
Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery address. The exact costs will be shown to you transparently during the checkout process.
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple/Google Pay, and many more. Feel free to send us a message if you’re missing a payment method.
Yes, unused items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service to register the return.
Stock items are generally shipped on the same business day, provided all requirements are met.
- Payment receipt: Orders are only shipped after successful payment.
- Processing times: Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If the order is received by 10:00 AM UTC, it will usually be shipped the same business day. Orders received later will be dispatched on the following business day.
- Shipping method: Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping service (Standard or Express).
- Customs clearance: If the goods have to pass through customs, delivery may be delayed accordingly.
- Export declaration: For orders with a value over €1,000 shipped outside the EU, an export declaration is required. This process usually takes about 2 additional business days.
Deliveries by freight carrier are scheduled individually. After you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Refund and Payment
After we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be automatically credited to the payment method used for the order. If you paid in advance, please provide us with your bank details for the reimbursement.

Our online shop displays real-time availability. Most items are available directly from stock. We will inform you immediately of any discrepancies.
