Kolbus 12773196 Roller

The roller, also known as guide roller, transport roller, or idler roller, with type number 12773196 from Kolbus is a mechanical component from the attachment parts category, designed for precise substrate feeding and web tension. It has the dimensions 6 x 6 x 8 cm and weighs 1.18 kg. Manufactured with durable, chemical-resistant rubber or metal coatings, this roller ensures uniform ink or dampening fluid distribution and maintains its exact profile even under high pressure and continuous high-speed operation. Its use prevents streaking in print images, reduces friction, and ensures crisp, consistent print quality across every batch. Typical applications include printing presses for optimizing material flow and packaging machines for the precise positioning and transport of materials.

These high-performance rollers are precision-engineered to ensure flawless substrate feeding, precise web tension, and uniform ink or dampening fluid distribution. Crafted with durable, chemical-resistant rubber or metal coatings, they maintain their exact profile under high pressure and continuous, high-speed press runs. Upgrading to these balanced, wear-resistant rollers eliminates print streaking, reduces friction, and guarantees crisp, consistent print quality across every batch.
