De veiligheidsschakelaar, ook bekend als noodstopschakelaar of veiligheidsisolatieschakelaar, met typenummer AZ 16 ZVK-1814 van Schmersal is een elektrische schakelaar voor het bewaken van veiligheidsdeuren, kleppen of afdekkingen en voor het veilig uitschakelen van machines en installaties.
