Het osmose-systeem alpha.r 10-200 van Technotrans, ook bekend als omgekeerde osmose-installatie, ontziltingsinstallatie of waterzuiveringsinstallatie, met typenummer 750A10102, is een compact, volledig uitgerust omgekeerde osmose-systeem en behoort tot de uitrusting voor drukmachines. Het heeft een doorvoercapaciteit van 50-60 liter per uur en is uitgerust met een 200-liter membranetank inclusief drukregeling. Het apparaat heeft de afmetingen 130 x 130 x 160 cm en weegt 400 kg. Osmosesystemen dienen voor efficiënte waterzuivering door ongewenste stoffen en zouten te verwijderen, om een optimale waterkwaliteit voor industriële processen te garanderen. Dit systeem kan direct worden aangesloten op de vochtmiddelcirculatoren van drukpersen en is ook geschikt als centrale waterzuiveringsinstallatie voor kleine tot middelgrote vellenoffsetdrukkerijen. Het zuiveringsproces is geoptimaliseerd voor een efficiënte werking zonder waterontharder, waardoor speciale zouten overbodig zijn. Een aftappunt vóór de nahardingsdoseerder maakt het mogelijk om het gezuiverde water ook te gebruiken voor andere toepassingen, zoals de productie van drukplaten of het reinigen van rubberdoeken.

It comes with a 200ltr membrane tank with pressure control and can be connected directly to the dampening solution circulators of the printing press. The unit is also suitable for use as a central water preparation system for small to mid-sized sheetfed printing companies. The preparation process is optimised to work efficiently without a water softener, which eliminates the need for special salts. An extraction point located before the re-hardening doser makes it possible to also use the prepared water for other applications, such as printing plate production or blanket washing. Due to its compact construction the system can easily be installed – even when little space is available.
