De foto-elektrische sensor, ook bekend als opto-elektronische sensor, lichtbarrièresensor of fotosensor, met typenummer F3C-AA42-1 van Omron, is een elektrische sensor voor industriële automatisering. Hij dient voor de contactloze detectie van objecten. De voedingsspanning bedraagt 10 tot 30 V DC. Het apparaat heeft de afmetingen 4.5 x 2 x 35 cm en weegt 0.05 kg.
